Can our friends and family gift us this service?
Of course! We have gift cards available that they can purchase and you can redeem until your balance goes down or to a place where you are comfortable to pay it off. We have thought of every option without sacrificing quality of your day. We got one shot to make this perfect and we want you to feel secure in choosing us as your option for photo/video regardless of your financial situation.
How long until my video is finished?
Our turnaround time is usually between 3-5 months depending on selected packages but can take up to 6 months depending on amount of workload currently in queue. We try to get it done well before 3 months but it really depends on how many weddings/projects are currently being edited from previous weeks.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do offer payment plans with all of our packages. All of our clients have different budgets and planning a wedding is pretty stressful when we see money just fly out of our pockets. We offer everything from monthly payment plans to even paying after the event. We want to offer our clients quality without having to compromise other aspects of the wedding!
What is your reservation fee?
Our reservation fee is 25% of your package price. This reservation is used to reserve your date and is non-refundable.
How are you working with photographers?
We make it a priority to work sided by side with your photographer! We are both here for your big day and we want nothing more to provide both amazing photos and videos of your wedding.
Do you offer high quality audio?
We make sure to have our bases covered when it comes to capturing audio for your day. In most cases, we will mic up the groom for the ceremony and first look as well as the officiant. If the DJ allows us to tap into their system, we will capture audio through that source as well. Rarely do we mic up the bride but in some cases and if the bride doesn’t mind, we have a white mic set up to blend in with the dress :)
Destination weddings! Whats the cost?
We love to travel! While each destination is different, we ask that the airfare and hotel accommodations are taken care of on top of your selected wedding package and we’ll handle the rest :)
Travel fees within Washington/Oregon
There are no travel fees if your venue is within 75 miles from Vancouver. Anything over 75 miles, the travel fee is $100 on top of your selected package.
What is your filming style?
We like to take a more candid approach to filming. We will ask to grab some shots to add into the film but for the most part, natural, raw emotion is what we aim for every wedding. Every wedding is different and we love to tell the story for those of whom weren’t able to make it.
